The mountainous region of Anhui is stunningly beautiful and Adam can see why its ethereal landscapes have inspired poets, artists and photographers for thousands of years. It is the earthly embodiment of peace and tranquillity and this is exactly the change of pace Adam was looking for.

In Copenhagen, Denmark Adam learns the art of making the perfect cup of the Danish coffee before heading off to investigate the region. He meets Claus Meyer, the godfather of the New Nordic Food Revolution who takes him behind the scenes of his Michelin star restaurant's Studio.
